Legal mumbo jumbo:
1. Eligibility:
- This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Juxta Nomad Brewing Project (the "Sponsor"), as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period:
- The giveaway begins on October 15th, 2024 and ends on December 15th, 2024 (the "Entry Period").
- Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.
3. Prizes:
- The prize is a swag basket containing various items, including alcoholic beverages (beer). The approximate retail value (ARV) of the swag basket is $100.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
4. Winner Selection and Notification:
- The first participant to find all 20 QR stickers will be declared the winner, subject to verification of eligibility.
- If no participant finds all 20 QR stickers, a random drawing will be held on or about December 15th, 2024. The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of drawing.
- The winner must respond to the notification within 10 days. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
- The winner must pick up the swag basket locally within 2 weeks of the drawing date. If the prize is not claimed within this period, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. General Conditions:
- By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions.
- The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or any other issues that may affect an entrant's ability to participate in the giveaway.
6. Release and Limitation of Liability:
- By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
- The Sponsor is not responsible for any errors in these Terms and Conditions, or for any errors in the administration of the giveaway.
7. Publicity:
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Governing Law:
- This giveaway is governed by the laws of NV/USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Sponsor:
- The giveaway is sponsored by Juxta Nomad, Las Vegas, NV. USA
10. Privacy:
- Any personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy
11. Miscellaneous:
- The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time without notice, for any reason, including if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
- Any attempt by any individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
