In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, please return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it. Pictures will need to be provided for materials damaged in shipping. Apparel must be unworn/unwashed with tags intact.
After we receive your item, our one-man army of professionals will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Payment will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used for purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your statement. Shipping times may vary for exchanges, and will be determined once item is received.
If the product is damaged in any way, beyond damage when received, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Domestic Shipping Policy
- Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Shipping rates & delivery estimates
$6 Flat rate Ground shipping within continental US only. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO. Deepest apologies to our international friends and servicemembers.
- Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Customs, Duties and Taxes
JuxtaNomad.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
JuxtaNomad.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
